This website is intended to promote and support the Texas barber industry by providing links to resource material so that barbers can be informed and participate in the legislative and regulatory process. A barber must do more than haircuts, hairstyling and razor shaves. Barbers must be involved in promoting the industry, ensuring that legislation and regulations are fair, just and in the best interest of the industry and the public. Hair, haircuts and haircutting alone are not enough. If barbers don't work to promote our industry it will not prosper and barbers and the public will be worse off.
The agenda will be posted on TDLR's web site as soon as it is finalized.
